How do I request a free estimate?

What factors determine the cost of a tree service?

Pricing is based on several variables:

  • Type of service (removal, pruning, treatment, etc.)
  • Tree size and species
  • Location and accessibility
  • Complexity and safety requirements
We provide honest, upfront quotes—no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Do you handle emergency storm cleanup?

Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency response for storm-damaged or hazardous trees. When limbs or trees pose an immediate risk, call us right away at (618) 961-3136

Can you remove stumps, or just grind them?

We subcontract stump grinding to our trusted local partners. If you need a stump ground down or fully removed, we’ll coordinate with a vetted specialist to handle it seamlessly alongside your tree removal or as a standalone project.

How often should I have my trees trimmed or pruned?

Most species benefit from pruning every 2–3 years. However, high-growth or storm-prone trees may need more frequent attention. We’ll recommend a schedule based on each tree’s species, age, and condition.

Do you sell mulch or firewood?

Yes! We offer:

  • Woodchip Mulch: All-natural, fresh, and composted—available by the cubic yard, delivered or pickup.
  • Firewood: Cut, split, and seasoned; multiple load sizes; delivery or self-pickup from our yard.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. My Tree Service LLC is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Our crews follow OSHA and ANSI A300 safety standards.

  • Use of industry-standard rigging, aerial lifts, and personal protective equipment
  • Trained, ISA-certified arborists and technicians on every crew
  • Thorough cleanup and debris removal after each project
